Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Spycat P2P account and associated app data. This page is provided for Google Play account deletion and data safety review.
Send an email to supremegen5ai@gmail.com from the email address used for your Spycat P2P account.
Include the subject line: Spycat P2P Account Deletion Request. If possible, include your display name and the public wallet address linked to the account so we can verify the request.
We will delete or de-identify account profile data, login records that are no longer required, saved non-essential profile fields, notification preferences, and other account data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, audit, payment proof, dispute-resolution, or marketplace integrity purposes. Public blockchain data, including wallet addresses and transaction hashes already recorded on public networks, cannot be deleted from the blockchain by Spycat P2P.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. If more time is needed because of active trades, disputes, legal obligations, or security review, we will reply with the reason.
You may also contact us to request deletion or correction of specific account data without deleting your full account. Some requests may be limited by active trades, disputes, audit requirements, or legal obligations.
